Danny Vance, age 63, of Melvin, KY, husband of Sheilah Ann Johnson Vance, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021 at St. Joseph London Hospital, London, KY.  He was born January 23, 1958 in McDowell, KY, a son of the late Turner Clay Vance Jr. and Blanche Louise Mitchell Vance.  Danny was a retired underground mine electrician and repairman, a member of the Wheelwright United Methodist Church and a honorary member of both the Kentucky and Detroit Highwaymen Motorcycle Club.

In addition to his wife, Sheilah, he is survived by his daughter; Elizabeth Ann Vance, Melvin, KY three grandsons; Devin Clay Newsome, Daniel James Swiger and Dylan Newsome.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, a son; Daniel Seth Vance, two brothers; Roger Lee and Michael Dean Vance.

Danny leaves behind a host of family and friends that will forever love and cherish his memory.

Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wheelwright United Methodist Church, with Bobby Isaac and Garfield Potter officiating.  Burial will follow in the Will Hall Cemetery, Bevinsville, KY, visitation is after 2 p.m. Monday and all day Tuesday at the church, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
