Courtney Rachelle Blevins

Courtney Rachelle Blevins, age 36, of McDowell, KY daughter of Elizabeth Jane King Blevins, McDowell, KY and the late Claude Lowell Blevins, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025 at her residence. She was born October 31, 1988 in Pikeville, KY. Courtney previously worked as a medical coder for Trans-Star and a member of the McDowell First Baptist Church.

   In addition to her mother she is survived by one son, Kingsley Anderson Blevins,  lifetime partner, Eric Reid, McDowell, bonus children; Emily Reid and Nikolai Reid; aunt and uncle; Diana (Tim) Eads, Robin (Donnie) Reynolds, and a host of cousins.

  Additionally she was preceded in death by  her maternal grandparents, Bob and Sarah King, and paternal grandmother; Shelby Reynolds.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, July 18 at 12 noon in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY. Burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery, McDowell, KY. Visitation is after 6 PM Wednesday and all day Thursday at Hall Funeral Home.
