Clifford D. Blanton

   Clifford D. Blanton, age 80, of Langley, KY, widower of Darleen Hicks Blanton, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023 at his residence. He was born July 09, 1942 in Drift, KY a son of the late Millard Floyd and Gilla Burchwell Blanton. Clifford was a retired Barber, attended the Wheelwright Freewill Baptist Church, and was a member of the John W. Hall Masonic Lodge, Martin, KY.

   He is survived by one son, Millard (Carolyn) Blanton, Bevinsville, KY, two sisters; Flotine Caudill and Loretta Middleton, both of Sidney, OH, one daughter-in-law; Zandra Blanton, three grandchildren; Felicia (Joshua) Miller,Stephen (Heather) Blanton, Richard (Charity) Duruttya, and four great grandchildren; Juliette Blanton, Kashden Miller, Alexander Blanton and Kruze Miller.

   In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by one son Cecil Dexter Blanton, one brother, Clyde Blanton, and one sister; Deloris Flonders.

   Funeral service will be Monday, February 13, 2023 at 1 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Willie Duff, Raymond Lawson and Bradley Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the East Gate Memorial Gardens, Eastern, KY. Visitation is from 6 PM until 10 PM Saturday, with church service at 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM until 10 PM with a Masonic Service at 6 PM and church service at 7 PM at Hall Funeral Home
