Claude Lowell Blevins

Claude Lowell Blevins, age 58, of McDowell, KY, husband of Janie King Blevins, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born January 3, 1963 in Martin, KY to the late Shelby Jean Blevins Reynolds. He attended the McDowell First Baptist Church, was a truck driver and equipment operator.

In addition to his wife, Janie, he is survived by his daughter; Courtney Rachelle Blevins, McDowell, KY,  his grandson; Kingsley Anderson Blevins, one sister; Robin (Donnie) Reynolds, McDowell, KY, special mother-in-law; Sarah King, special brother & sister-in-law; Tim & Diana Eads and special nieces; Gabrielle Reynolds and Layne Stewart. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, his grandparents who raised him; Walker and Gilvia Blevins and his father-in-law; Bob King.

Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. CB Scott officiating, with pallbearers Steven Blevins, Dale Howell, Donnie Reynolds, Chris Mosley, Kermit (Jr) Bell, Lee (Deanie) Collins and Jamere Knuckles.  Burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery, McDowell, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Friday and all day Saturday at the funeral home, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
