Clara H. Johnson, age 80, of Minnie, KY, widow of Charles H. Johnson, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her residence. She was born July 18, 1939 in Minnie, KY, a daughter of the late Estill and Euka Turner Hicks. She attended the Old Regular Baptist Church, was a member of the retired Teachers Association and a retired school teacher.

She is survived by her son; Gregory (Genna) Johnson, Minnie, KY, two granddaughters; Hailey McPeek, Ashley Nicole (Scott) McPeek, whom she thought of as a daughter, two grandsons; Shelton Hall and Josh McPeek, great grandson, whom she cherished; Zach McPeek and one nephew; Mark Vernon Hicks and a brother and sister of the heart: Estill "Bubby" Hicks and Linda Allen.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one son; Jeffrey Lee Johnson, one brother; Odie Hicks.
