Christopher Alan Clark

Chris Clark, 40 of Union City, Ohio, formerly of Wayland, KY, passed away on Wednesday August 6, 2025, at 8:28 AM at Wilson Health, Sidney, Ohio. Chris was born March 19, 1985, in Middletown, Ohio, the son of Sheila Kay (Thornsberry) Clark and the late Charles Leslie Clark.

Chris worked as a construction worker and loved to fish, hunt and bowl.

Chris is survived by his mother, his wife, Ciara Gibson, his children, Corey Clark, Kayden Clark, Kylee Estep, Tristen Gibson, Ayden Gibson, Christopher Clark Jr., Jaxon Clark, and Micah Clark; his brother, Stephen Banks, his grandmother, Betty Bentley, his aunts, Tina Mills and Gail Slone, his uncle, Greg, and his great aunts Charolette Bently and Novella Froman.

A Celebration of Chris’s Life will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday August 13, 2025, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Del’ Aria officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
