C. Richard "Dick" Clark

     C. Richard "Dick" Clark, age 82, of  Prestonsburg, KY widower of Denise Hall Clark, died Thursday, March 26, 2026 in the Riverview Healthcare Center, Prestonsburg, KY. He was born April 26, 1943 in Dallas, PA a son of the late Donald C. and Pauline Messinger Clark. Dick was a retired Insurance Agent and former owner of Hall and Clark Insurance Agency, Prestonsburg, KY.

   He is survived by two sons, Michael Hall Clark, Lexington, KY and Richard Todd Clark, Prestonsburg, KY.

  In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Sondra Yiesley.

  Graveside service will be held Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Mayo Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY. Burial will follow at the cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 5 until 9 PM at Hall Funeral Home.
