Brittany Nicole Heinisch, age 25, of Lake Worth, FL, formerly of Lexington, KY, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at her residence. She was born, May 23, 1995 in Lexington, KY, daughter of Terry and Teresa Cartmell Heinisch. She was an assistant manager with the Goodwill Corporation.
She is survived by her parents and one brother: Ryan Bradford Heinisch, Lexington, KY.
Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 12:30 pm in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, McDowell, KY. Visitation is 11:30 am Tuesday prior to service at Hall Funeral Home.
