Bonnie Ellen (Compton) Morris

Bonnie Ellen Compton Morris, age 75, of Banner, KY, wife of Bud H. Morris, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY.  She was born July 3, 1948 in Floyd County, KY, a daughter of the late Luther and Lillian Robinson Compton.  She was a retired assembler from Ford Motor Company.

She is survived by her husband; Bud, two sons; Roy (Barbie) Haley, Ypsilanti, MI and Adam Haley, Phoenix, AZ, three grandchildren; Roy Haley II, Brett Haley, Logan Haley and two great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother; Revilla Compton and one sister; Phyllis Martin.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY, visitation is from 3 p.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
