Billy “Jack” Eugene Woods, age 68, Allen, KY, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024 at his residence. He was born September 17, 1955 in Martin, KY, a son of the late William “Bill” & Gloria Mae “Pauline” Crisp Woods. He was a truck driver for Dyno Noble

He is survived by two sons; James Matthew & Kevin Lee Woods, Allen, KY; one daughter; Amanda Nicole (Jesse) Woods, Morehead, KY; two brothers; Timothy Joe Woods, Lenoir City, TN, Michael Dean Woods, Ivel, KY; one grandchild; Gabrianna Slone

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers; Kenneth Ray & Alvin Blake Woods; one sister; Teresa Ann Price

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday April 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY, visitation is after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY
