Billy Allen Williams

Billy Allen Williams, age 85, of Banner, KY, husband of Lora Virginia Cecil Williams, passed away Monday, March 28, 2022 at his residence.  He was born April 27, 1936 in Banner, KY, a son of the late James and Bertha Meade Williams.  He was a elder and deacon of the New Beginnings Fellowship Church, Pikeville, KY, a member of the Kiwanis Club and a retired carpenter and hoist operator.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters; Debra Williams Hayes, Owingsville, KY, Donna Williams Meade, Banner, KY and Denise Williams (Stuart) Isaac, Banner, KY, one sister; Doris Akers, Banner, KY, seven grandchildren, Nathan Hayes, Joshua Hayes, Wesley Meade, Tiffany Meade, Candice Terrell, Brandon Isaac and Brittany Dirico, ten great grandchildren; Ethan, Emileigh, Elijah and Ayden Hayes, Weston, Eleanor and Finley Meade, Georgia and Virginia Terrell and Kaden Dirico.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Forrest "Pete" Williams and John S. Williams Jr., one sister; Kathryn Akers.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Jared Arnett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery, Banner, KY, visitation is after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
