Billie Sue (Mosley) Fultz

Billie Sue Fultz, age 77, of Martin, KY, widow of Roger Fultz, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Saturday, June 6, 2026.  She was born August 18, 1948 in Lackey, KY, a daughter of the late Oscar "Nig" Mosley and the late Melda Triplett Messer.  She attended Zion Deliverance Church and worked as a waitress at Jenny Wiley State Park.

She is survived by three daughters; Elizabeth Fultz, Lexington, KY, Darlene (Kevin) Moore, Garrett, KY and Jamie (the late Brad) Biliter, Nicholasville, KY, one brother; Terry Scott, Wayland, KY, three sisters; Shirley (Terry) Hall, Minnie, KY, Jackie (Clint) Cleveland of AL and Helen Jones of MS, six grandchildren; Kyle, Chase, Christian, Kes, Karlee and Jamison, one great grandchild; Gunner Noah.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one brother; Oscar "Bubo" Mosley, two sisters; Connie Scott and Freda Castle.

Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Fultz Family Cemetery, Christy Creek, Morehead, KY.  Visitation is 10 a.m. until the time service Wednesday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.  

In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the Ronald McDonald House.
