Alvin Blake Woods

Alvin Blake Woods, age 69, of Blue River, KY, widower of Carol Jean Webb Woods, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023 at his residence. He was born January 01,1954 in Martin, KY, a son of William "Bill" Woods and Gloria Mae "Pauline" Crisp Woods. He was a construction manager for Dyno Nobel.

He is survived by one step son; James Roger "Jimmy Joe" Wallen, Loveland, CO, one daughter; Teresa, three brothers; Bill Jack, Allen, KY, Timothy Joe, Lenior City, TN, Michael Dean, Ivel, KY, five grandchildren: James Michael Wallen, Micka Sharee Wallen, Nikki Branham, Michael Dale Wallen Jr., Ethan Wallen.

He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents, and one brother; Kenneth Ray Woods, and one sister; Teresa Ann Price.

Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY with David Wells and Eddie Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Grace Allen Webb Cemetery, Allen, KY, visitation is after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
