Altonette (May) Bentley

Altonette May Bentley, age 83, of Langley, KY, wife of Earl Bentley, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the ARH Our Lady of the Way, Martin, KY. She was born September 29, 1936 in Martin, KY, a daughter of the late Ollie P. and Gaynell Clark May. She was a retired secretary for Allen Central High School and a member of the Maytown First Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband Earl, she is survived by one daughter: Ramona Gayle (Dan) Goodman, Martin, KY, two great grandchildren; Olivia Grace Wells, Hunter Miann Wells and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter: LaDonna Bentley, one brother; Joe Smith, two sisters; Jean Watson, Kathryn Fraley and one grandchild; Michael Todd Wells.

Funeral service for Mrs. Bentley will be conducted on Friday, October 11 at 3 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Varney officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY. Visitation is 6 PM Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
