My deepest sympathy for your great loss. Although pain and sorrow fills your hearts at this time, may you find comfort and strength in the Almighty God words at Psalms 34:18 "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit "  It saddened him when we shed tears of sorrow. God's  Words  gives us comfort and hope of seeing our dear loved ones again who have fallen asleep in death. Jesus promise at John 6:40.. the resurrection of our dear loved . May your warm memories also give you strength and comfort in these difficult times.

My condolences to Hollie, champion care-giver and loving partner of Warren. It has been a high privilege over the many years to be brought into the extended Blanton and Rice family and their generous graceful acceptance of this Indiana Yankee. I will always remember the family gatherings, especially the ’Christmas at Thanksgiving’ get togethers. Warren shared his time and his voice with many, including bringing respite and joy to his Sister’s last hard journey as she closed in on the Peace that Warren now feels. When Warren still was working on the trains he would signal us when across the river from Flem and Sina’s house; I’ll think of him, his laugh, and the exemplary life he led whenever I hear a train whistle sounding in the distance.
