Virginia B. "Jenny" (Boyd) Jarrell

Virginia B. "Jenny" Jarrell, age 94, of Dana, KY, widow of Ambers Jarrell, passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Ohio Hospice of Butler and Warren County, Middletown, OH.  She was born June 26, 1923 in Dana, KY,  a daughter of the late Lewis and Hulda Howell Boyd.

She survived by her boys, Charles Ray (Pam) Boyd, Larry Dean Boyd and Jeffery Todd (Annette) Boyd, her girls; Berta Adkins, Margaret Boyette and Sharon Jarrell, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins also survive.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by six sisters; Ada Wilson, Hazel Boyd, Mousie Boyd, Birdie Jarrell, Nancy Wojtowicz and Rosie Owens and two brothers; Ernest Boyd and Arland Boyd.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 12 noon at the Little Salem Old Regular Baptist Church, with the Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Wilford Boyd Cemetery, Dana, KY, visitation is after 11 a.m. Tuesday and all day Wednesday at the funeral home and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
