Tommy Elkana Collett

Tommy Elkana Collett, age 61, of Harold, KY, husband of the late Janet Thornsbeary Collett, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY.  He was born January 29, 1957 in Floyd County, a son of the late Allen and Cindy Whitt Collett. He was a retired Maintenance Supervisor with Floyd Co Housing and he was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. 

He is survived by two sons: Edgar Collett, Garrett, KY and Barry Collett, Nicholasville, KY, four brothers; Larry Collett, Garrett, KY, Kenny Collett,  Butlerville, IN, Estill Collett, Paintsville, KY and Michael Collett, North Bernon, IN,  three grandchildren; Boone, Hannah and Morgan.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Lucky, Timbo and Allen Collett, Jr., two sisters; Velma Neal and Hope Isaac.

Funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon on Thursday, Jan 3, 2019 at the Martin Branch Freewill Baptist Church, Lackey, KY with Carl Watkins officiating. Burial will follow in the O'Quinn Family Cemetery, Garrett, KY. Visitation after 5 PM on Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY and 10:00 AM on Thursday at the church.
