Tavis Boyd

Tavis Boyd, age 66, of Dana, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at his residence. He was born May 14, 1952, a son of Lillian Jarrell Boyd Akers and the late Wilford Boyd.  He was a retired electrician from Ford Motor Company and Scotts Branch Mining, he a was also member of the UAW Local 862, Louisville, KY and the UMWA.

In addition to his mother; he is survived by one son; Christopher Todd Boyd, London, OH, one daughter; Heather Lea (Michael Lombardi) Boyd, Sheffield Lake, OH, two brothers; Billis (Diana) Boyd, Loraine, OH and Randy Boyd, Dana, KY, two granddaughters;  Lauren and Natalie Boyd.

He was preceded in death by his father, one brother; Sandy Boyd and one sister; Mary Jane Bailey.

Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Wilford Boyd Cemetery, Dana, KY, visitation is from 1 p.m. until 10 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home.
