Robert Neal May

Robert Neal May, age 60, of Ivel, KY, son of Willis and Billie Lawson Newsome, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky.  He was born November 2, 1958 in Martin, KY.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one sister; Sharon May, Aunts and Uncles; Peggy, Teddy, Eddie, John, Alan, Janet, Pam, Brenda, Carol, Sandi and Charlotte, Cousins; Susan, Danny, Eric, Jonathan and Curry.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Bill and Elsie Sue Lawson, Ben and Anneth Newsome, uncles; Lonnie and Tommy Lawson, cousins; Thomasina, Billy and Mitch Lawson.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, August 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Ted Shannon and Jimmy Hall officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, McDowell, KY, visitation is after 6 p.m. Wednesday and all day Thursday at the funeral home, under the professional and dignified care of the  Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
