Ralph Archer Leslie

Ralph Archer Leslie, age 88, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Patsy Goble Leslie, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 in the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY. He was born March 24, 1929, a son to the late Lewis Critten Leslie and Clara Gunnells Leslie. Mr. Leslie was a retired bookkeeper for KY-WVA Gas Co, member of the Cow Creek Freewill Baptist Church, Zebulon Masonic Lodge No. 273, a board member of the Cow Creek Volunteer Fire Dept and a U.S. Army Veteran.

In addition to his wife Patsy, he is survived by two sons: Ralph Archer (Tonya) Leslie II and Darrell (Thelma Ann) Crider, both of Prestonsburg, KY, one sister; Bonnie Layne Walters, Emma, KY, four grandchildren; Shawna Lashay (Michael) Powers, Darrell (Jessica) Crider, Jr., Elizabeth Crider and Brandon Christopher (Ashlea Nashell) Leslie, two great grandchildren; Byran Shane Powers and Easton Blake Powers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and eleven siblings: David Harry Lee Leslie, Martha Myrtle, Alma Josephine, Emma Eleanor, Charles, Wilma Agnes, James Crittenden, Frank Mayo, Claude Delmas, George Earle and Joy May Leslie.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Monday, January 15, 2018 in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Nathan Lafferty officiating. Burial will follow in the Goble Family Cemetery, Cow Creek, Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation is after 6 PM Saturday and all day Sunday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
