Polly Dimple (Kidd) Clark

   Polly Dimple Kidd Clark, age 86, of Honaker, in the presence of loving family, went to meet her Lord on Thursday, February 15, 2018 in Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY, following a long illness.

   Dimple was born March 21, 1931 at home at Honaker, Floyd County KY, the daughter of the late James Basil "Bas" and Pricie Evelyn Case Kidd. Her paternal grandparents were George Riley Kidd and Nancy Jane Hall. Her maternal grandparents were John Morgan "Morg" Case and Polly Jane Damron.

   She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers: OC Kidd, Olaf Kidd, Ellis B Kidd and Oinbe Kidd; three sisters; Opal Kidd Harvey, Ola Kidd Collins and RVon Kidd Rose; and her former husband, Pervis Clark.

   She is survived by several loving nephews and nieces. Dimple had no children. She spent her later years taking care of her ailing mother before moving back to the home place on Kidd Fork. Dimple enjoyed taking care of her cats, and interacting with them.

  Graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 PM on Saturday, February 17 at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY.  Interment will follow. Visitation is 12 noon until 2 PM Saturday at Hall funeral Home, Martin, KY.
