Peggy Lee (Martin) Davis

Peggy Lee Davis, age 84, of  Pikeville, KY, widow of Hiram C. "Bill" Davis, died Thursday January 9, 2020 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. She was born August 5. 1935 in Drift, KY a daughter of the late Ben and Mary Stumbo Martin.  Peggy was a retired employee of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, having worked in the Right of Way Department, and was a member of the Emanuel Baptist Church, Pikeville.

She is survived by one son, Ricky Lee Jones, Pikeville, one grandson; Ricky Lee (Amber) Jones, Jr.,  and two great grandchildren; Connor Christopher Jones and Rylee Danielle Jones.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one grandson, Christopher Lee Jones and her daughter-in-law, Shelia Jones.

Funeral service for Peggy Lee Davis will be conducted Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 12 noon in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Arnold Turner, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Stumbo Cemetery, Minnie, KY, with the Hall Funeral Home caring for those arrangements.
