Naomi (Vicars) Armstrong

Naomi Vicars Armstrong, age 93, of Martin, KY, widow of Warren Armstrong, died Sunday, March 28, 2019 in the Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, KY. She was born June 16, 1925 in Regina, KY a daughter of the late Don and Ethel Wright Vicars. Naomi was a retired Accounting Clerk for the Ohio State Highway Patrol and member of the United Methodist Church.

  She is survived by one brother, Bob Vicars, Hendersonville, NC, two sisters; Ellene Childers, Raleigh, NC, Pam Wohlford, Martin, KY, six nieces and nephews; Cory, Chris, Jennifer, Kathryn, Vicky and Janice.

  Graveside funeral service for Naomi Vicars Armstrong will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 1 PM in the Concord Cemetery, Grove City, OH with the Hall Funeral Home caring for those arrangements.
