Maxine Kinney Obituary

Maxine Kinney, age 74, of McDowell, KY, widow of Teddy Kinney, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at her residence. She was born December 13, 1944 in McDowell, KY, a daughter of the late Ray and Elizabeth Frasure Hall. She was a bus driver for the Floyd County School System.

She is survived by two sons: Scottie Kiser and Mikel Kinney both of McDowell, KY, one brother; Raymond Hall, McDowell, four grandchildren; Sarah Makel Kinney, Jessica Kiser, Allyson Kiser and Tyler Collins, six great grandchildren; Lukas, Taylor and Rhoslyn Stumbo, Leah, Avery and Elden Collins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister: Delores Hall Stumbo and three brothers; Eddie Dean, Birchel and Clinton Hall.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
