Madge (Blevins) Parsons

Madge Parsons, age 91, of Prestonsburg, KY, widow of Russell S. Parsons, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, KY. She was born October 14, 1927 in Williamsport, KY, a daughter of the late James N. and Julie Meek Blevins.

She was a homemaker and a member of Highland Avenue Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Michael Stephen Parsons, Prestonsburg, KY.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death  by one daughter: Betty Lois Wilcox, one brother; Harold James Blevins, two sisters; Ruth Agnes Curtis and Eunice Parsons.

Graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, March 23 at 11:00 AM at the Dinwood Cemetery, Martin, KY with David Garrett officiating. Visitation is 6-9 PM on Friday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin.
