Jimmy Edward Hall

Jimmy Edward Hall, age 76, of Garrett, KY, husband of Betty Jo Allen Hall, passed away on Tuesday, May 8 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born April 6, 1942 in Wayland, KY, a son of the late Morgan and Lola Osborne Hall. He was a former coal miner and employee of the KY Dept. of Transportation.

In addition to his wife Betty, he is survived by two daughters: Kathy E. (Tom Caudill) Hall and Marsha Ann (Ricky) Smith, all of Garrett, KY, two brothers; Bill Hall, Wabash, IN and Mack Don Hall, Marion, OH, four sisters; Kathleen Triplett, Chulavista, CA, Rebecca Honn, Middleton, OH, Mildred Morgan, Orlando, FL and Shirley Collins, Wayland, KY, three grandchildren; Amanda Vance, Brittany Pack and Kala Howell, four great grandchildren; Alec Vance, Ayden Howell, Aubrey Howell and Jon Steele Pack.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son; Scott David Hall, one brother; Morgan Hall, Jr and one sister; Jacqulene Howard.

Funeral service for Mr. Hall will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 11, 2018 in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Harlow officiating. Burial will follow in Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY. Visitation 6 - 10 PM on Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY
