Janet Faye Horn

Janet Faye Horn, age 65, of Maineville, OH, formerly of Martin, KY, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017, at her residence. She was born on January 26, 1952 at Martin, KY. A daughter of the late Isaac and Helen Symon Flanery, she was a retired nurse from Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY and worked at McDowell ARH prior to her tenure at Central Baptist.

She is survived by her husband, George “Archie” Horn of Maineville, OH, her daughter, Beth O’Nan of Loveland, OH,  her three grandsons; Stephen O’Nan, Gabe O’Nan, and Conor O’Nan all of Loveland, OH, one brother , Danny Flanery of  Allen, KY and two sisters; Peggy Flanery, of Martin, KY and Sherry Ward, of Hebron, KY. 

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:00pm at the First Assembly of God at 440 KY Route 122, Martin, KY 41649.
