Henry "Boo" Clark II, age 58, of David, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, OH. He was born March 27, 1961 in Paintsville, KY, a son of the late Henry and Grace Evelyn Shepherd Clark. He was a load out specialist in the coal mining industry, working for Todd and Scott Kiscaden, a member of the Open Door United Baptist Church and an amateur Ham Radio operator call sign: KC4KZT
He is survived by six sisters: Patricia Louise Lafferty, Prestonsburg, KY, Rebecca Joy Blanton, River, KY, Susan Elaine Campigotto-Geer, South Point, OH, Della Dorothea (Tim) Ousley, Prestonsburg, KY, Evelyn Carolyn Bear, Pikeville, KY and Caren Margarett (Dale) Slone, McDowell, KY, 8 nieces and nephews and 5 grand nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by twin siblings: Elizabeth Dorothea and Charles Earnest Clark and special brother-in-law and friend; Michael Blanton.
A Celebration of Life service for Henry will be conducted on Sunday, December 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashland Elizabeth Shepherd Cemetery, David, KY. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday and all day Saturday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
