Gary Michaell Allen

Gary Michaell Allen, age 73, of Martin, KY, husband of Judy Ellen Hundley Allen, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, KY.  He was born June 7, 1945 in West Liberty, KY, a son of the late Delmar Allen and Geneva Benton Allen Barker.  He was a ordained as a minister on December 2, 1966, a member of the Stephens Branch Missionary Baptist Church, US Army Veteran and a retired sales representative for KY Oil & Refinery.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one son; James Michaell Allen, Martin, KY, one daughter; Kimberly Jane (James Edward) Elam, West Liberty, KY, former daughter-in-law; Rita Allen, West Liberty, KY, five grandchildren; Sarah Jane Elam, Maxwell James Elam, Emily Grace Elam, Bethany Renae Allen and Evan Michaell Allen, three brothers; Lowel Wayne Allen, West Liberty, KY, Paul Barker, Lexington, KY and David Barker, West Liberty, KY, four sisters; Judy Earlene Johnson, Eminence, KY, Brenda Litteral, Lexington, KY, Sherry Barker, Lexington, KY and Becky Kohler, Southgate, KY,

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother; Larry Allen.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Brothers; Harry Helton, Lonnie Edwards and Mark Campbell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is from 2 until 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
