Edna Jeanette (Bonar) Harris

Edna Jeanette Harris, age 83, of Langley, KY, widow of Paul James Harris, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at her residence.  She was born November 12, 1934 in Cow Creek, KY, a daughter of the late Henry Luther and Pearl Hicks Bonar.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Maytown, KY and a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons; Paul David (Terri) Harris, Prestonsburg, KY and James Keith (Carla Marshall) Harris, Langley, KY, one daughter; Terrie Harris, Langley, KY two brothers; Luther Bonar of PA and Henry Bonar Jr., Dana, KY, one sister; Cleo Jarvis of FL, six grandchildren; David Harris, Taryn Harris, Jeremy Back, Keithen Harris, Logan Cline and  Breanna Thompson and one great grandchild; Taylor Back.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. 

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Varney officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mosley Cemetery, Cow Creek, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday and until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
