Edith Moore Hansford

Edith “Moore” Hansford, Age 91, of Wayland Kentucky, Widow of Orville Hansford passed away  Sunday October 14, 2018 at Riverview Health Care Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. 
Born February 8, 1927 the daughter of Troy and Maudie Turner Moore, she was of the Baptist faith and faithfully attended Steeles Creek and  Old Beaver Regular Baptist Churches. 

Edith is survived by two daughters and one son. Nodga Webb and her husband Jim, of Elyria Ohio; Tyann Hansford of Wayland Kentucky;  Don Hansford and his wife Cheryl  of Eastern, Kentucky. Four Grandchildren; Craig Webb ( Jill) of Wakeman Ohio;  Krista Webb Huff (Chris) of Grafton, Ohio ; Stewart Hall (Amanda) of Hi Hat, Kentucky ; and Josh Hansford (Nicole) of Lexington, Kentucky.  11 Great Grandchildren and  1 Great Great Grandchild.  She also leaves behind two sisters Barbara Weaver of Elyria Ohio ; Helen Green of Carnegie, Pennsylvania. 

In Addition to her Husband and  Parents she was preceded in death by her Sisters Joan Slone of Elyria Ohio and Thelma Embry of Cattlesburg, Ky 

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 October 17, 2018 at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, Kentucky.  
Visitation will be Tuesday October 16, 2018 from 12:00PM till 10:00PM with no nightly Service.  Interment at the Bradley Cemetery, Dema, Kentucky
