William Estill "Billy" Lawson

     William Estill "Billy" Lawson, age 50, of Drift, KY., fiancée of Sureka Scott, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Lexington, KY.  He was born August 22, 1967 in Ypsilanti, MI to Brenda Hurst Lawson of Drift and the late Thomas Delano Lawson.  He was a maintenance worker for the Jenny Wiley State Park.

Survivors include his fiancée; Sureka, mother, Brenda, children of the heart; Jadalee Fleming, Zikarah Fleming and Willow Fleming, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends also survive.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by one sister; Thomasina Lawson.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Ted Shannon and Jimmy Hall officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, McDowell, visitation is from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, under the professional and dignified care of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
